The Department of Mathematics was established in 1977. We  runs Mathematics subject at general level for B.Sc., B.C.S., B.B.A.(C.A.) and B. Com. courses. Our mission is to provide high-quality education in Mathematics, equipping students with the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for success in academia, industry, and beyond. We aim to cultivate a passion for Mathematics and inspire students to pursue advanced studies and research in the field. Our department is equipped with computer labs, library resources, and software tools, enabling students to explore Mathematical concepts through hand-on experimentation and computational techniques. In addition to academic pursuits, the Department of Mathematics organizes various extracurricular activities, such as Mathematical competition, field visit, social survey, group discussion, classroom seminar, guidance for competitive exams, short-term courses etc. Many students of  the departments have successfully cleared competitive examinations such as SET, NET, GATE, MPSC. Students are working in various field such as education, civil service, IT sector, etc.
